Capsule bio

Attilio Lattanzi was born in S.Benedetto del Tronto (Italy) in June 1989. He earned the BC. in Mechanical Engineering in 2011 and the MS. in Mechanical Engineering with honors in 2014, both of them at Università Politecnica delle Marche. In 2018 he pursued the Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering at DIISM UNIVPM, with the thesis “Constitutive behaviour identification of anisotropic plasticity using the non-linear VFM”. The undertaken work allowed Dr. Lattanzi to collaborate with different international research teams, as Prof. Pierron from the University of Southampton, Prof. Barlat from POSTECH and Dr. Coppieters from KU Leuven. Currently he is the lecturer of the course of Finite Element Method in this University.
