Prof. Lorenzo Scalise
His research activity is focused in testing measuring system in the biomedical field. He is currently involved in the development of thermal measurement systems and contactless monitoring of vital parameters within the regional project "System Improvement for Neonatal Care" (SINC), and in the testing of off-loading systems in the "Dc-pressure" project where the Marche Polytechnic University is a partner.
Luca Antognoli graduated in Biomedical Engineering at the Polytechnic of Turin in 2015 with the thesis entitled "Numerical analysis of an orthodontic bracket-arch system: influence of the radius of curvature on the deformability of the system and transmitted stresses" carried out in collaboration with the The Interdepartmental Research Center Dental-School of the University of Turin. He carried out research at the Neonatal Intensive Therapy of the pediatric hospital "G.Salesi" in Ancona from 2016 to 2018. Currently he is a research fellow at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Mathematical Sciences (DIISM) of the Polytechnic University of Marche .
