Study of the mechanical and strain behavior of UHPFRC (Ultra High Performance Fiber Reinforced Concrete) mixtures. UHPFRCs are innovative cementitious materials created to remedy the problems of ordinary concrete in terms of poor ductility and durability. With an optimized microstructure and low degree of imperfections, this material achieve a better durability than ordinary concrete. The addition of metallic fibers allows to improve the mechanical behavior of the composite e reduces the brittle behavior of plain UHPC under tensile loading.
